Maybe its the frugal in me but just a wild thought

It was 3 E-6s so I didn't have to worry as much about them getting wild and crazy, but they kept the house immaculate. 

That combined with younger generations not wanting to buy massive houses creates a real housing problem.Real Estate has been able to run wild for decades because there was enough room to between home value and wages.

I currently have a deal under contract with a lady in High Point, NC.

Statistically when comparing to other colleges, maybe, but there is always the wild side of every college, you just try to avoid it. 

The things I have seen them do are pretty wild..

One was a lady that would call me on the phone and give me her credit card info, one of her workers was staying in a STR of mine. 

The dishwasher is still sitting in the box (This is very important detail). 11/26 - I call up Home Depot and talk to the lady, and she says this is terrible it has happened to you.
