The best way to learn on here is staying active and participate as much as you can.At some point, action needs to be taken because you can learn about everything but nothing teaches best as actually doing it.

It's hard for college kids to find meaningful jobs that are teaching life skills or even worthy of a resume, especially with the high amount of competition of the unskilled college workforce.

To add, I assume these are commercial leases since the tenant has two locations.In that case, this language is very common - though written in an older "formal" style.
