That's different than educational programs where at least one expert teaches and guides a group.

I am willing to do anything to have someone mentor me and teach me about the business of real estate.

I was taught by Scott Carson so i am a little biased but I found his method of teaching to be the easiest to understand.

Since I retired last June from teaching, I decided I was ready to try a flip.

Decide to be the best at what you do, someone who could teach others all about how you go about succeeding like being and being able to guide others in being impecable. 

So first, decide if you are serious about making a go of real estate, and then when you have achieved stability, set up meetings in the neighborhood and teach people how to save money and deal with their finances so they can buy a home and hang onto it.

in my inexperienced mind....and feel free to teach me more BPers……..if you are getting 30-50% returns in Cleveland AND are not leveraged to the hilt on those units,  I would see no reason to part with those unless you actually have a really good plan moving forward. 

The classes will teach you a lot but are geared toward being an agent and focus on how to pass the license test.

I purchased my third property out of state to teach myself how to prepare a property for rent without having to do all the work myself after spending way too much of my own time on my second property.
