So first, decide if you are serious about making a go of real estate, and then when you have achieved stability, set up meetings in the neighborhood and teach people how to save money and deal with their finances so they can buy a home and hang onto it.

in my inexperienced mind....and feel free to teach me more BPers……..if you are getting 30-50% returns in Cleveland AND are not leveraged to the hilt on those units, I would see no reason to part with those unless you actually have a really good plan moving forward.

The classes will teach you a lot but are geared toward being an agent and focus on how to pass the license test.
