And if you have a bunch of credit cards (which is pretty easy if you have high credit score) - the total balance could be higher than usual.2) Some banks send me "promo deals" - 0 APR for next 12-18 months, with 0 transfer fee.

I did not find it very useful and the monthly fee makes little to no sense.

Is there any guidance on how to save the taxes?

The main difference right now that you would see between a primary and an investment property is the fees. 

You ask because you think the LLC protects anonymity, but not from taxes.

Depending on where you are, do this half a dozen times and you could have $500k-$1mil tax free in a decade or so. 

Every year, my CPA prepares my tax returns.

I've considered the Flip System guys, many people scoff at the 19k fee to get in, but if you look at the whole thing like buying a franchise it's actually not a bad setup if the deals really do yield what they say they are averaging.
