Any other ideas on how I could access a HELOC without having to go back to work full time, which would severely hold back my progress at building my own business and reaching the bigger goal which is of course becoming self sufficient.

Great mortgage broker Andrew Chen at MPR financial Albany, CA (sorry no use to you) offered me a range of choices at 60% and 65%.Valuations were a bit lower than I would have liked, but kinda expected.I was very happy with the overall result... it is financing another property.

Point being bulk, as opposed to single unit transactions, which he referred to as retailing.Whatever the case regarding choice of word and definition of that, a key distinction about the activity of wholesaling is that I am selling my position to a third-party.. its not about doing it for the benefit of third-party.Those are legal distinctions that we need to know when defending ourselves against Realtors who think we are encroaching on their turf, and turn us in to the Wisconsin DSPS.
