Looks good though, a more roof like appearance then standard solar panels.

One repair like a furnace or electric panel will eat up all of that cashflow.

I've also used vinyl siding and corrugated panels for surrounds and it didn't look too bad but it requires marking the studs.

This reminds me of the time I needed an electrician to secure a panel to the basement wall because it wasn't attached right.

I was taking down the nasty, water- and smoke-stained dropped ceiling panels in the bathroom when I felt a bit of resistance on one of them.

I got a last minute invite to speak on a panel, representing smaller scale investors. 

Btw, same argument applies for solar. 

There's a tendency to simply slap up paneling when converting around here, skipping both insulation and ductwork.I ask them what rent they are paying. 

They will bicker about whose spot has more sunshine, other tenants or neighboring kids will steal their tomatoes, someone will swipe the cute little solar spinning flower from one of the gardens, some tenants won't take care of their plots and they'll look like hell, some will use chemicals the other tenants will complain about, someone will steal the hoses.
