Any heart ache you are going through now will most certainly come up again when you go to sell the property the only difference will be which side of the table you are sitting on.

Most of the time though, I find the language is pretty accessible, it's just that the documents are lengthy and it takes time to go through them, time that most people prefer not to spend.I urge you to buck that trend and sit down and actually plow through the documents.

I'm not a lender, but I think DTI sits at 50% with this type of loan.

Currently, I don't think the water that is sitting is doing any damage, but it doesn't take much rain to pool up.

I remember sitting down with investors in 2016, 2017 & 2018 and walking them through what was occurring.

But I did NOT sit on my *** expecting a hand out.Just some thoughts.
