Ask if he has any investment properties himself, if he knows what rents in the area you want to invest are etc.Hopefully you find a much better realtor to deal with, most realtors I've met seem pretty unknowledgable where I live since its a hot market and all they needed to do was open doors and get signatures for a long time.
