When prospective tenants reach out, I then again send them the minimum requirements and ask if they meet them.

It is fairly close to Albany and prices are similar to Albany but will not reach the higher end that some Albany/lee county area properties can get too.

I reached out to the realtor to see if they can provide a name but they are also trying to get a name as it seems the tenant had a verbal agreement with the previous owner so no existing lease document.
