I think people underestimate DRIVE.In martial arts we get some people who come in to train with us.When starting out some have natural ability and excel at a faster pace.They also get the big head and become lazy.Eventually they lose drive and quit and go to something new again to stroke their ego.Drive can outlast lazy talent in my opinion any day of the week.Tebow may simply not have found his complete rhythm and confidence yet to let loose.Having drive and discipline instills consistency.Sure you have to have some talent but it's not everything.

It was a natural event... everything is balancing itself out now, band aids will not speed up the process. it will be over when its over, and highly highly doubt it will be over before then.

I feel like when PM is also selling real estate, they will pay less attention to your property if a big deal/sale is coming up, it's just human nature to be healthily egoistic.PMs that OWN real estate of their own can be good, as long as they have just a few properties in your area, just enough to RELATE to the owner.

While most people find they wont generate enough income from this business to qualify to make any type of meaningful contributions, it would allow you to administer your own 401k plan, invest in alternative assets like real estate, and take loans from the plan, etc.If you want to invest in tax liens/deeds, or auction properties, or anything with a time sensitive nature, or fix and flips, rehabs, or anything where you will be making a lot of transactions, you might want to look at a SD IRA LLC option.

On a larger scale, by playing on the sentimental and empathetic nature of an owner, where the land had been owned since the Civil War (zero basis) and desired the use of land to benefit lower income clients, the owner was elderly and knew the use of the farm that was inside the city limits would change, it became a manner of ensuring how the property changed, BTW, this owner kicked in cash for the development as well.

Now if she struggles to do that but keeps the place in good condition, I can afford to lose this $600 as my place is being taken care of and the guaranteed nature of section 8 rent helps me tremendously.
