trying to get started in real estate investing, in googling, came across this site, cashflowbargains (you can add w and com to it to get it) where there appears to be some great opportunities in Florida and Tennessee.

send your prospective clients a letter, ads, do classified ads posting... make sure that you will submit your ads to a high ranking site,,,

I frequent the site "doityourself dot com" and found it to be pretty good.

If you're unable to follow the rules that you agreed to follow when you signed up for the site, then your posts will be edited.

The site is privately held; thus, the owners decide whom they will approach.They use criteria such as how often one posts, do they try to provide serious help to our visitors, do they have anything to offer, etc.

Perhaps the owners ot the site should close it down for "maintenance" Yes, they aren't going after the people higher up.

You know, it's a shame when a newb coming into the business sees your site and seeks good, solid advice for investing and you refer them to this dishonest way of doing business.
