Since I posted the question sometime back, I’ve decided not to even worry about Credit Cards. 

I’m sure others will comment on this post and add some of the variables I’ve left out.

Hey Michael,I wanted to follow up on your post from several months back.

On the other hand, you and I both know that this will lead to a TON of calls/complaints/negative posts on social media about a disagreement of whether a previous building professional should fix something for the new owner once out of warranty, not the contractor’s fault to begin with, etc.

I see this post was 4 years ago so I'd love to hear about what you are doing now and what that looks like.

I had a post once here on BP to ask people about their LLC and asset protection stories, or something that "happened to a friend" - it had a huge amount of replies, but no good stories.
