Considering I have not yet gotten a deal closed and this person is highly motivated (wants to sign papers in a week before she goes back home - out of state) I want to jump on it but I'm trying to be smart about things.

I think it is a Fannie Mae rule for 7 years, so if you can find a bank that won't "flip the loan" and will hold the paper themselves, but that is harder and would likely be a higher interest rate.  

Interest story though.I do like that my paper investments or derivatives don't need maintenance or have drama.

It's a "paper" that is published and contains all legal filings and notices. 

Many of the older vinyl floor tiles and any associated paper-like backing, mastic, adhesive or glue, may contain asbestos.

We've had bottle caps, other metal objects, paper (its not a shedder, but some don't get that concept and thing anything can go in the disposal)  bottles, dirty diapers, non disposable wiped, female product, paint, motor oil, chemicals, gasoline, trupentine, paint thinner, kerosine........

Mine was black paper like cover over gypsum.

For us real estate investors, our paper work tells the story of what happened when the buyer and the seller had a meeting of the minds and agreed to a deal.Sometimes I think we lose the simplicity of that and over complicate our forms because we’re trying to mirror the contracts that we’ve seen standardized by the Georgia Association of Realtors.

TCs manage the literal paper file.. they follow all the dates and make sure the agent is in compliance ( agents dont get paid if their paper work is not perfect in our area LOL) the TC is just an assistant who specializes in handling real estate paper work..
