Does small percentage of ownership suffice?

A trust transferred ownership to two sisters in 1995. 

Again, I am suggesting keeping the current condo for cash flow and looking for loan options for the new condo.Lastly, she is not wanting to put the new condo ownership in her name as it may hinder her in regards to Medicare and Medicaid (her words)? 

The rule is you have to live in your home 2 out of the last 5 years of ownership for it to qualify as your primary residence, so renting it out is fine for a few years before you sell it.

Basically the price did not matter, because they would not get the money anyway, but there is always pride of ownership and nobody wants to be the "looser" in a deal - it can only work as a win-win.

You think seller financing may be possible for ownership?

I worry about sharing ownership with 100s of investors and having no say in the direction the project goes.

If you check your deed there is probably an easement of some type to allow access for all the homes off  your road Is is shared ownership of the road or does one property have a dominant or servient  easement?
