Games, game rooms, even meal prep items like air fryers can make a difference.

@Eileen L.Generally it's right if you can grow you income or equity by moving into a different asset type.

The difference is that on the 2k house you can pay for that HVAC relatively quickly, where as the 800 house it takes many months to offset the costs.The same can be said for other costs such as property management. 

Now, of course, every city and state is different, but that is a red flag that it may not even be a real notice?
