Now, if you bought your current house with a low down payment loan such as FHA you're going to need to look into the legalities there, because the Fha particular requires 1 year in the home before you can move and you can only have one at a time.

I determine who gets booted by offering them a property, when they say no I ask why, they'll tell me they want this or that, so when I get a this or that and say here ya it's exactly what you want and they say no again then it's kick rocks loser your wasting my time(If I call you then you get dial tone)I think I remember seeing a program out there in cyberland that offered you to be able to input all kinds of buyers info and when you enter a property info its supposed to automatically match you up with that buyer, if there isn't then it'll be available via a website that I'm having built.
