OG land lords. she has no interest in being a land lord and does not want to hear about the issues. be on the same page. if you find a good deal and the budget allows it make the pro/cons list.

Must know how to service an out of state landlord with good communication, photos, written invoices, etc. 

You will now be paying on a new loan you took out against your residential portfolio and hoping you land a tenant that will be permitted by the city redevelopment department to approve the tenant that wants to move into that building.

My concern is what he will do when he gets released, if the scenario plays as is being painted.The illegal occupier believes the system is broken, that he has rights over the land as a human being and told me he is willing to die for these rights.The police said they will have backup as they are concerned with the situation.
