My work experience has been anything from IT/Help Desk support for small businesses and at the Pentagon to Systems Integration Engineer as a contractor for the Air Force.

It's interesting how he deals with the lowest end of society but manages to withhold his integrity and credibility as a landlord.

One might argue that a resident screening service that integrates seamlessly with a property management's software would be the most efficient.

There are some landlords/PM's that always take a few bucks for themselves but that lacks integrity. 

Real estate is a people business and having an established reputation for being a person of integrity, having the ability to closing deals, and solve problems keeps business looking for you versus you looking for business.

If I had to choose one I would say It's having integrity.
