The owner occupied reduced down payment program on conventional mortgages can be repeated over and over. 

Even down to things like which highways don't get backed up, or which local programs to use and how far ahead to call.

Any seller can instruct their Agent to accept any offer even if the Agent disagrees.In a retail transaction, the seller at the least has the assumption of a Trained legal expert to give them their opinion, but is not obligated to accept it.  

LOs are pretty simple so I wouldn't pay for a program or 'mentoring'.

Ran and fly buy program kind of like what turnkey folks do today.. and sold them all in one weekend. 

I think Keller Williams has a good training program but don't know if they care about part time.
