By using fake identities, stolen credit cards, and other methods, scammers are able to bypass traditional security measures such as background checks and credit checks.

Certainly their goal is to drive people into purchasing new equipment.

Broker B brought me a CMA that was almost identical to Broker As CMA the only difference was broker B was going to let me list at the price I wanted the 300k.  

An LLC can also hide your identity - just be sure LLC name doesn't include your initials, etc and you are NOT the registered agent.

As part of that inspection, they do look at fire safety including such items as hard wired smokes/CO and a heating equipment inspection. 

The repercussions won’t be as severe since you aren’t an agent but you definitely can be fined for such acts depending on the jurisdiction One of the reasons why everyone gets their panties in a bunch on this site is because it’s a fine line a wholesaler walks wholesaling since it’s nearly identical to acting as an agent.

I want to do the work too, just not all of it: nothing you need training for or professional equipment, which IMO rules out me doing any plumbing, electrical, foundation.

Unless this is 100% only about trying to hide your identity for 1 day instead of a hour.
