Being a realtor is not cheap.You still pay your fees regardless of any action.If you are serious about RE, planning to buy more than one house a year than if definitely make sense.You look at house, don't need to wait for anybody, deal with the sellers and listing agents yourself.If you don't mind the fees you pay, go ahead and get it, there is no harm in getting it.
