You said you live in the house, so if it is for personal use only, that might play into the decision, and/or if you have a lot of room in the deal financially and have enough to pay for the higher priced, possibly better GC, that might be part of the decision also.In my experience, higher price doesn't always mean "better," but may mean more attentive and experienced and more and/or better resources (like better sub's, etc).

I do allow TVs to be mounted to the wall and just have the anchor holes filled in when they move out It really is just a personal preference and what you want to allow in your units.

If a room has their own bathroom, obviously that would not be part of the cleaner's responsibility as they would not be entering any of the private spaces.Renting by the room will get you more money, but will also require more work on your part as there will be personality clashes (do not get involved in those).
