Syndications are a good one, REITs, etc. and then if you want actual property, you can go the turnkey route which isn't 100% hands-off, but it's a heck of a lot more doable when you don't have time to do things yourself.

However once I got it going it has been great and I learned so much.The perfect deals of buying a duplex for 40k and then discovering it actually a triplex by putting  a 500$ wall and door in, then the value is 400k cash flowing 3k a month with 41k isn’t real life.

I can't comment on the actual value since I don't know where it is actually located, but even the brand new properties sold at top value are sold to investors with the only real expectation of resale is to another investor - not owner applicant.I would suggest you be patient and don't rush into judgement good or bad.

If she was actually residing in FL longer than PA for each of the last 6 years she's actually been breaking the law in Pennsylvania by still claiming to be a resident there (why would she do this, since FL tax and homeowner protection laws are better in FL?).

I just signed up with the cheapest Flat Fee MLS site that was essentially just a "referrer" to ListWithFreedom.com ... but the referrer's site actually saved me around $50 over going directly with the main host site.
