Is Craigslist the best place to post vacant units still, or what else is good?

I think white would look much better, but I am worried that's going to be a lot more work and I also fear how well the white paint would hold up over time (they are rental units I know they'll take a beating and potentially chip/ scratch).

Would you consider house hacking into a 1-4 unit with only 5% down needed?

I’m not purchasing both units just one of the two? 

Hello members, I am an out of state investor, currently owning 10 units in Cleveland.

My family and I would live in one of the units in order to be able to do this, and there would be an additional 3 units in order to get the full amount of the FHA loan. 

I'd suggest looking at some units that have a 9x9 bedroom. 

Have you considered how living in one unit and renting out the others can essentially let you live for free?
