Most of our guests stayed for 1-3 nights, and we hardly saw them as they were out and about signtseeing and exploring the city.

Markets I am exploring are Buffalo and Poughkeepsie in New York, Philadelphia, and Northern New Jersey.

That has definitely crossed my mind and I will explore that option more as I continue to grow my network.
