i do not know if you have read any books by Robert Kyosaki, like Rich Dad Poor Dad, and realize just about all grade schools taught us the wrong things, government ********, and brainwashing we were given instead of things that really mattered.

Other similar examples I would group that with: highway billboard, park bench ad, food separator when buying food at the grocery store and you place your food on the conveyor belt for the cashier, etc.

Bedbugs are not like roaches-they will not move to another unit unless the infestation is really bad (this did happen to me once), and you do not want to start a panic in the building.They tend to stay where the food is (the tenant).

Do it Rich Dad Poor Dad style: start with an income-producing asset, and use the income from THAT to help offset the personal mortgage on the SFR McMansion you purchase later on (or, because this is BP, the run-down beat up SFR that's in crappier condition than the crappiest unit they are landlords of... hey we can invent a joke: "How do you know when you're in the home of a BP member?"
