Has one of those flipping/wholesaling seminars been thru town lately?

There's always an certain area in town that they rent from , but the next idea I had was changing the basement into additional space but how would I pay for a renovation such as that and how would I be able to label it as a true 3-4 bed room house ?

He moved out to an apartment after she filed for the divorce and she wanted to find something with cheaper rent in the same town to keep the children in the same schools. 

Good firms don't charge a fee unless they deliver savings to you, so there is no risk to you in exploring cost seg as an option.  90% of eligible businesses aren't using cost seg, because they don't know about it.... 

Thanks @Bobby Nilsen. i am looking to buy and hold. preferably rental turn key properties, i guess i should start looking outside bay area market. sacramento or surrounding towns.

, and I could afford the payments.I decided that once it was mine, I would sell the condo at what I assumed was close to the top of the market, and buy another in less overvalued bay area town.

Are there any other resourses to find out what parts of a city or town are better than others?

I'm also not quite sure if the property values in the higher crime areas will rise at the same level as the surrounding towns. 

I would think you would want to move to a SFR within 5 years and I'm not sure if they would apply the grant to a multifamily but it is worth it to explore your options.
