I can't imagine one of these fitting into a standard house, unless it was a ranch with a near direct shot to the bathroom.

Also,I'd recomend starting with a single family or small multi-family before jumping into an apartment complex.

I have a business account for our LLC at Chase Bank and my tenants are able to Zelle directly to that account for rent payment.

In some places, you'd take this directly to a real estate agent or a title company, in some states attorneys handle contracts.

Still not sure what direction I'll go, but STM is definitely on the table - thanks for the insight.Do you think cash flow opportunity changes if you are able to purchase higher priced properties and get good rates/put decent down payments on, or is it just a Denver/high price city issue.

I would shy away using this from bathrooms, in particular small square footage / high potential humidity bathrooms.  

However, after years of disciplined saving, I've finally reached a point where I can make my first property (a small apartment) purchase last year.
