@Phil Shelton If I were in your position, my strategy would not be to focus on paying off any of the mortgages but to get the highest interest rate mortgage, that is the one at 6.625%, to the point on the amortization table where more of the payment goes to principal than to interest.

We do BRR to Buy and Hold no need to sale for that DSCR loan strategy,  your partner should be the bank. 

It's not your strategy, but seems important to know.  

If you're thinking about renting out when you're not around, I'd advise using a short-term rental strategy, the numbers are strong and it's a lucrative market.The attractions there range from zip-lining, white-water rafting, and wineries, there's even more to discover, which is what's driving more traffic to the area and it has truly become a great destination spot. 

Remember, a palpable business strategy for insurance carriers is denying claims.
