Update:  Court was cancelled due to a snow storm in January and then I left tbe country for a month.

That would put the blame on the city.....I'm guessing every jurisdiction in the country does it like this, they have to.

You may hire licensed contractors, but most-often the workers are illegals from three countries I will mention (Honduras, El salvador and Guatemala) and attorneys are constantly sending workers emails telling them to visit their office because there just may be something they can sue you and there boss for.

California is the epicenter for homelessness in the country there has been a one new party rule they have the resources and still can’t fix the problem.

We have a huge problem in this country of folks not owning their own stuff. 

There are some geos that have experienced little to no appreciation even though the rest of the country is on fire.

They have vacated the property and told me they have left the country, although this could easily not be true.
