I’m sure it’s probably not a get rich scheme but you could probably earn a solid couple hundred dollars a month per unit once they’re rehabbed.

We prefer not to wholesale properties with tenants due to the potential liability for the buyer and the significant reduction in our pool of buyers if the property is not vacant at closing.

It would be extremely unlikely that someone would try and build your plan somewhere else... your preferences and everyone else's are not always going to be the same....
