Stackable can be found usually for pretty cheap at a sears outlet. occasionally you can find them with the quarter operation slides.

I find Zillow to be within a hundred thousand for value in a cheap house but fairly accurate on rent estimates.

I read the BP house flipping book and I just not grasping how people will be willing t sell a house so cheap.

I agree with the earlier posts, though,  Cheap is not always best.  

My solar light is an outside porch light cost about $80 and my husband installed shed power for the scouts with a relatively cheap solar panel- it was just a bulb or two.

My point is not that these can't be managed or that this is every area my point is if you don't have the time to manage it or the money for reserves it can seem cheap but not be cheap later. 

I have a SFH that I bought for really cheap.
