70K I think is absolutely doable if you look at things a little more broadly.

As broad as the wholesale community is, when you filter it down to the local levels, it is a small small community.

That will define how successful this deal is.  

It is pretty easy to hire people for defined jobs, but the small odds and ends are tough.
