So far I have gotten an LLC set up and i'm currently on an automated email list so I get updates when properties that fit my search criteria become active on the MLS.

Mainly, the systems implemented are fascinating (VA, automated offers, etc.)

Also once you furnish the place, most of the management is done besides setting up automated messages to guests/cleaners, answering questions and ordering supplies once in awhile. 

It will be worth it and it sounds like it could assist you in some of your "automation" tasks because the book is literally based on working for 4 hours, per week.

Hi Aaron-The question with the Lazy millionare system is it dictates how can fish for motivated seller using the automated deal finder/ data cruncher and anaylze using dela analyzer and then even be able to connect to invester all through one system.
