I think about this saying frequently for people who self-manage their rentals.

I frequently am approached by realtors who want to list my rentals.  

I would guess the reason you don't see more content about the subject is mainly due to lack of funds for the majority of the audience here in BP.

Nice article @Jim GrovesI speak with the larger and better operators frequently and almost none of them wish to have their project listed alongside a fix-and-flip deal from an operator with 2 years of experience.  

Our target audience is a single person or a young couple with kids. 

I'm having a difficult time trying to decide how frequently I should send mail out to these leads due to a limited budget for direct mailings.

That is a great way to check Zillow's estimate which is frequently not accurate.
