The purchase has to be at arms-length meaning the buyer cannot be related or affiliated with the foreclosed person.

I don’t plan on insuring it for my mortgage value but when USAA is telling me $2100 for an outsourced wind/hail I’m just trying to find an insurance company that takes care of their customers like USAA but I don’t have to pay an arm and leg for either for wind and hail.

Come armed with a list of questions because you’ll want to spend a bit of time with this attorney to learn the law in Ohio at a top level (lending process, licensing rqmts., paperwork, etc., etc., etc.)Sorry I can’t give you a specific recommendation.

Some of the cabinets don't close all the way because they show some signs of warping and the latching mechanisms are junk.As I look back at the list I know that some of these absolutely need to get done due to safety/security issues or to help protect the property against damage.
