Hello BP,I've gotten a commercial property under contract and I ran into an issue where the seller would not grant me access to the property unless he was present

If so what are your costs to gain access to that equity?

The steps up go to the garage which also has a rear exit door - there is no direct access from the basement into the interior of the house.  

Did you have access to alot of capital and or connections?

I have access to several SOLID deals over the next 90 days.

I have no stove but i do have a kitchen its a 1bd 1bath living rm kitchen i share the same address with the person in the main home we are connected by a bolted door in the laundry room that only the main house has access to opening.
