I bought my house 2 years ago, my mom and brother moved in with me about 7 months ago.I am looking to buy another house very soon, I am wanting to buy a house and put my mother in it and get her on section 8, I need someone to pre approve me for a loan between $45,000 to $65,000 and help me with the section 8 process.I can provide more info in privet message.Any tips or advise would be greatly appreciated

Me and my mother went to one of those Armando's 3 day seminars in the Cleveland area but after they wanted a large sum of money for mentoring and a bus tour and her already having a full time job, it kinda didn't go anywhere.Until now, as I'm more interested in self employment and going that way, so any starter tips or points in certain direction can help.

Oh...and off-budget items may need to be funded in cash so if you're bad at budgeting you many consider having an "oops fund" to nurse the project through anything you missed.
