The Dominican Republic can be a great place to invest but, personally, Punta Cana would be the last place I'd invest in.Two years ago, during a meeting I had at the Ministry of Tourism in Santo Domingo, one of the head honchos there clearly told me "If I were you, I wouldn't invest in Punta Cana".

And I'd definitely would choose whole house, I had nothing but bad experiences with room renting...

I'd think return of the security deposit would be voided since she is breaking her lease.

I'd say 99 times out of 100 we never hear back (which begs the question of why are they bothering to reach out if they don't follow up with the yes replies).If I were you, don't seek them out.

I'd avoid trying to buy anything listed on the MLS due to the inflated prices that will kill your cash-flow.

If I sold them all, I'd be lucky to buy a condo in California.
