I would like to start growing a solid list of people to mail deal information too so I can start getting my feet wet, so to speak!

BP has mountains of information for you to absorb and learn.

We get together and talk about what has been going on in our investments and feed off of each others information and ideas. 

Its hard to keep up sometimes but I've manage to absorb a lot of information from them so far.

As far as rents, you can see what is listed for rent on Zillow or spring for a rental app that will aggregate all the information and give you averages in the area.
