We just had our open house, the first viewers were a lovely personable couple of the type we love as tenants, at the bottom of their app they offered $120 more than the $1370 asking!!

You'll get apps from that if you put them out.

Residential lenders have the smaller set fees like loan app and processing.

Also - a great website/app for design inspiration is Houzz.com.

People typically use terrible cell phone pictures in poorly worded ads.
