If you don't find and train right, and you don't have other staff to check junior colleagues' work, there are likely to be #s not noticed as anomaly (beyond outlier; should be recognized as clearly incorrect, as a typo or something way off).

I inquired as to the result of that hearing and received no response from staff, who then suddenly sent me a quote from the contractors for these items a week after the hearing - which I presumed indicated they hadn't done it.

The total worldwide debt is now over 200 trillion dollars and many countries have stagnating economies, especially in the developing world.  

If you look at it from a grand scheme of things, if I am a real estate broker and I were to offer flat fee listing for sellers but have them show the homes themself and just hire an admin staff, you don't think that would be a gamechanger for sellers instead of paying out 5-18k in commissions? 

A big hurdle for me on having admin staff is I travel a LOT.
