My advice is not to waste your money on testing clean with bleach water and buy a mildew mold suppressant from hardware store it's a chemical you put in a pump up sprayer keeps mold from coming back if on a painted surface get a fungicide paint additive and repaint area.

I'm remodelling my 1965 home that has the oh so popular wood wall paneling instead of sheet rock interior walls.

The ones who do call will just want to waste your time taking you to eat some crappy lunch and barrage you with 100 absurd questions for their own gain. 

I like your approach.Personally I don't like wasting my time depositing checks, so I don't accept them or cash.  

My question is what value would I offer to a broker if I was simply wholesaling and why would any broker want my license on their wall?

The inner wall cavities were packed with the remains of departed critters.

The bedroom ceiling drywall, one wall, and the bedroom carpet all had to be replaced.To be fair, the tenant had no access to the downstairs bedroom, but his negligence to let me know of the water leak in the upstairs kitchen led to extensive water damage.The insurance company said they estimated the damage to be $5,489.

A big reason I put them in is that the 4/2 had 2 wall type heaters and one had been flagged as dangerous by the local utility company. 

I just found out that my tenants decided to build a wall and put in another door in order to accommodate another person.

I don't want to waste neither of our time if it doesn't even match my budget or cash flow.
