I told her that I had the same feelings about Billy.During the first month Billy broke an outside light fixture.

We’d like to live in it for 1-2 years, do some light updates/renovations and then rent it out.

They have done work on our 4 Tacoma rentals from changing out panels to re-wiring to move water heaters and light switches.

After a long drawn out eviction of a SFH on Long Island NY, we needed to have some work done (painting, new light fixtures, patch some holes, and basic plumbing, such as a new toilet, install vanities with faucets, and new shower fixtures.

I would also recommend checking out Bayonne, cheaper and still has the light rail.

We didn't do much to the exterior so it would blend in and not attract the wrong attention, but the interior has inexpensive but modern finishes, brown-grey laminate throughout, light grey walls and white trim, cool pendant lighting, open floor plan, you know the template :)
