I think starting out its hard to be decisive, I listened to one of the BP podcasts today and there were talking about that, but ultimately I think we can provide value in a lot of different ways, so sure it might be smaller commissions, but if you get the ball rolling and make decisive decisions then you might be able to bring in more commissions, quicker even though they are less your still providing good value.
