Moreover, if he isn't willing to contradict and prove the allegations discussed, ad nauseum, on these forums are false; and that the Avon deal he spearheaded and sponsored on Groundfloor wasn't a fraudulent transaction, then BP should take measures to keep him and others preying on newbies off this board.

In fact, Memphis Invest was a huge help in sponsoring the event.I do, however,  absolutely agree that BP did not charge enough for admission,  and most would be happy to pay more.

A lot of Sponsors offer an 8% preferred return, I.e. you see 8% before they take anything, and returns are often greater than that with downside protection modeled in (if you've got a good Sponsor, that is).MFH syndication is a popular one, but you can also find deals in SS, MHP, etc which have the potential to offer even more lucrative returns.
