You're only four years into the 10+ year life cycle you were hoping for and I don't see any reason why the next six would be smoother than the first four.

Nope I don't do pets.. had someone that applied with a service animal,, but they decided no .. so nope don't want pets, people can't afford their rent let alone pet fee's, vet bills, and kitty litter.
