If you are doing projects I would just advise all contractors of the possible thefts or vandalism that could occur if things are left at sites for a longer period of time.

Dude I spent so much money on random credit programs with them, month after month there were changes like "this credit card I said would help your PAYDEX no longer reports" or "Dun and Bradstreet doesnt work with this company anymore"Long story short, you can open a credit card and maybe a wex gas card under your LLC to try to establish business credit but even after over 12 months my PAYDEX is still non existent.

I am in West Palm Beach and would recommend finding a multifamily property that you can operate units as a short term rental, as it would have much better potential to positively cash flow and also allow you to buy in nicer neighborhoods.
