This was a shock to us as we had lived on the East Coast, 2-4 units in the south (barring some newer duplexes) are not valued as higher, and often at a discount in Texas.

Hate to see someone suffer shock & awe from an overnite City ordinance change that destroys their investment (aka the motivation for this topic).

@Eric Mayer I don't think that these (drugdealer) tenants will view me as a "snitch", I'd really be shocked if they didn't EXPECT me to call the police... but really I mostly just want them to move.

This usually ends up in a "culture shock" mentality - where suddely BiggerPockets is the bad guy because we don't allow what everyone else does.

After the 2008 recession I thought people would wake up to the shocking lack of financial literacy in the middle class in America.
