Putting political powers that be in a position of fear to attack the pack.

I know the fear mongering headlines can be overblown with XYZ hedge fund or private equity firm buying vast sums of SFHs in one stroke, but it is seemingly more common in the last few years.

Obviously you want to have as many feelers out there as possible, but there's so much fear and scarcity on these boards around realtors and it's just silly. 

My fear is that the investor will not take me serious if I do not have financing in place.

Inspectors have a tendency to not give their opinion because they're fearful they'll get sued if something turns out the other way. 

@James YorkI don't go out looking for that kind of content because frankly it's mostly fear-mongering BS (and they are selling something) however I do sometimes come across those videos.

Don't fear a mortgage that will stay more or less the same over 30 years. 

It was after listening and reading a lot about real estate that I was able to overcome this fear and start using leverage to operate my properties.

The fear does stop me but I want to do this.

I realize this was not necessary to start investing, however, I figured it would help me get over the fear of investing in my first property.
